The death toll from the devastating earthquake in Venezuela has surpassed the 3,000 mark. 

According to Venezuela's Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, two powerful earthquakes—with magnitudes of 7.2 and 7.5 respectively—struck the country on June 24. 

Authorities have confirmed that the death toll from the devastating earthquake has reached 3,342, while relief efforts are still underway. 

Reports indicate that more than 30,000 local personnel, along with over 3,000 international aid workers, are participating in the relief efforts.
