INGREDIENTS
Butter Fat: One cup
Grated onion: One cup
Ginger garlic paste: One tablespoon
Minced meat: Half a kg
Tomatoes: One cup
Minced green chilies: Four pieces
Salt: To taste
Minced red chilies: One tablespoon
Minced red chilies: One tablespoon
Ground black pepper: One teaspoon
Ground turmeric: One teaspoon
Coriander powder: One teaspoon
Chicken powder: One teaspoon
Black salt: One teaspoon
Corn flakes: One teaspoon
Ground black pepper: One teaspoon
Ground coriander: One teaspoon
Chaat masala: One teaspoon
Ground Hot spice: One teaspoon
Water: As needed
Minced ginger: One teaspoon
Lemon juice: Two teaspoons
Fresh coriander: Half a cup
INSTRUCTIONS
1> First heat the ghee in a pan.
2> Now add the minced onion and fry until golden brown.
3> Now add the ginger-garlic paste and minced meat and cook for a few minutes.
4> Now add the tomato pulp and mix well.
5> Now add the green chilies and cook for a while.
6> Now add the salt, crushed red chilies, crushed red chilies, crushed black pepper, crushed turmeric, coriander powder, chicken powder, black salt, cumin, crushed coriander, chaat masala, garam masala powder and water.
7> Now cover it and let it cook for ten minutes.
8> Finally, add chopped green chilies, ground ginger, lemon juice and fresh coriander and mix well.
9> Serve it hot.
