Ingredients required
500gm liver cut into small pieces
Oil as required
Two medium onions
Garlic-ginger paste 2 tablespoons
Crushed chili powder 1 tablespoon
Ground chili powder 1 tablespoon
Garlic masala, grind 1 tablespoon
Grind white cumin seeds 1 tablespoon
Chaat masala 1 tablespoon
Yogurt 4 tablespoons
1 lemon
A pinch of green coriander
Salt to taste
HOW TO PREPARE:
Heat the oil and add the onion and fry lightly.
When it turns brown, add the garlic and ginger paste and fry.
Then add the liver and add salt, then add the garam masala powder, crushed red pepper, ground red pepper and white cumin powder and fry further.
Now add the yogurt and mix with a hand whisk and let it cook for a while on low flame with the lid closed.
Now sprinkle with chaat masala, squeeze lemon and add coriander leaves on top.
The delicious grilled liver is ready.
