India refuses to give US access to black box data for Air India crash investigation.

The former CIA official said that the plane crashed due to pilot negligence, according to the US investigation team, and that Indian authorities are refusing to provide access to the plane's black box data, while hiding the black box is not a matter of sovereignty but a threat to security.

According to the American magazine, American officials and aviation experts believe that the pilot deliberately crashed the plane. The Wall Street Journal also indicated that the crash was intentional, based on evidence.

The American magazine added that the black box data showed that a cabin crew member deactivated the fuel supply system himself.

According to the magazine, the American investigation team was prohibited from taking photographs and some evidence was destroyed before they arrived.

India also barred American experts from entering the laboratory to analyze the cockpit voice recorder and flight data.

It is worth noting that the negligence of the Indian pilot in the Air India crash on June 12 led to the deaths of 260 people.
