Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu has signed a controversial settlement expansion plan in the Palestinian West Bank.

According to Arab media, the Israeli prime minister signed a controversial new plan yesterday to expand settlements in the Palestinian West Bank, refusing to move towards a two-state solution and recognize a Palestinian state.

According to the report, Netanyahu said at the event that "this land is ours and we will fulfill our promise that no Palestinian state will be established here.

"The Israeli government's controversial expansion plan would build 3,400 new homes for Israeli settlers, separate most of the West Bank from occupied Jerusalem and annex other Israeli settlements in the area.
