TikToker Scammed Overseas Pakistanis Out of R65.5 Million
Another TikToker has been arrested in Lahore on fraud charges.
The fraud of Lahore-based TikToker Khurram Gujjar with a Pakistani expatriate has come to light.
According to reports, TikToker Khurram Gujjar is accused of cheating a person named Rana Arsalan out of two hundred thousand euros.
Khurram Gujjar borrowed two hundred thousand euros from Rana Arsalan to buy a commercial plot, but even after a year he did not buy the commercial plot shown to him.
Khurram Gujjar refused to return the money when Rana Arsalan demanded it and even threatened him.
A case was registered at Defence Police Station C on the request of Rana Arsalan. Following this, the police arrested Khurram Gujjar on charges of intimidation and breach of trust.
It should be remembered that the incident of fraud by TikTok is not a new thing in Pakistan. This allegation has been proven against Kashif Zameer before.
