Iran has attacked US installations in Bahrain and Kuwait in response to US attacks.
According to Iranian news agencies Tasnim and Press TV, a statement by the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) confirmed that US installations in Bahrain and Kuwait were targeted with missiles and drones; the Iranian Navy and Space Force carried out the attacks jointly.
The statement by the Revolutionary Guard Corps indicated that these attacks were launched in retaliation for recent US attacks on Iran.
The Iranian Revolutionary Guard described the attacks on Iran as a violation of Article 1 of the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding and warned that it would result in a complete halt to all diplomatic activities.
The Revolutionary Guard added that further violations would be met with stricter action and that any hostile action against Iran would be met with a decisive response.
