Floods in Thailand have killed 50,000 chickens.

According to foreign media, the floods have caused chaos in the Muang district of Thailand's eastern province.

Media reports said that while people were affected by the floods, the floods also killed 50,000 chickens at a poultry farm in Muang district.

Reports further state that the poultry farm owner suffered a loss of 8 to 10 million baht due to the dead chickens.

The poultry farm owner said that water flooded the poultry farms due to overnight rain, with levels of up to 30 centimeters.

According to the woman, one chicken coop was flooded due to the flood, while almost all the chickens living in the other coop died and will be sold on September 18.

She said this is not the first time that the poultry farm has also been affected by the 2022 floods.
